Flexiforce Refund & Return Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Flexiforce, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in original and unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds are processed in the original form of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-cut pipes or modified products are non-refundable. This includes any pipes that have been cut, altered, or customized to customer specifications.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

4. Handling Fee

All refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee, which covers administrative and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided the claim is valid.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

7. Legal Compliance

This refund policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) of South Africa. Consumers retain their statutory rights under the CPA, including the right to return defective goods within six months for repair, replacement, or refund.
